Earphone sound quality is all about the ear tip creating a perfect seal inside your ear canal. These triple flange ear tips are designed to go in just a bit deeper before conforming to the shape of your inner ear and eliminating a sound leak. The 2mm diameter connection hole will stretch to at least 3.8mm to work on quite a few brands. Most Shure, Klipsch, Etymotic Research, 3M Peltor, and Westone models can use these ear tips. This is a great model to try if you haven't yet found that perfect combination of comfort and isolation.

With a little mod, works great with Shure IEMs
By themselves, these ear tips are a little short for my ears. The fit was a little loose and some ambient noise can make it in. However, the fix very simple: use a 006 o-ring on the IEM stem as a spacer. This allows the ear tip to get about 1/16" deeper into the ear canal. Compared to some much more expensive options, these ear tips have excellent seal and are comfortable to my ears.
